[交流] what can i do in the dirty world?

these days ,i struggled with my leader,with myself. why do so many bad men/women exist in the world,they are scheming only for obtaining their own benefit.they are called "angels in white -- hospital nurses" ,but they never think about the patients' benefit;being the doctors of health service center,the main responsibility is to provide  convenient, Speedily，compositive，continuous and low-cost services for the residents in our area under administration,but it's not our leader's objective。in his eyes,earning money is on the first place.Even more tragic is that some department directors earn money against their conscience only for pandering to his palate. so i become a victim only because of my Conscience.

I guess the author is working at a hospital.
To many people, working at that place is much better than any other company. So i think it's a little hard for him/her to change another empolying institutions.
While try to adjust living style is a wonderful advice.
