David Mitzi is a research staff member in the Physical Sciences Department at the IBM T. J. Watson Research Center. He received a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering (with a certificate in Engineering-Physics) from Princeton University in 1985 and a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Stanford University in 1990.
