Being a leader involves many responsibilities, often without much recognition. In fact, some of the best team leaders do it because they understand it is important for the team and don't even care if other people know they are doing it. would you give me 10BBs? Thank you. |

Accept my heartfelt best wishes for getting promoted to the job!! Hearty congratulations!! First discard the anxiety from mind. Don't worry, as time goes on, everything will work smoothly for you. Just be good with everyone at your work place. Achieve the good will of all the working people with you. Get inputs and suggestions from the colleges and respect their opinion. I hope they will support you. Leadership is to control people of different attitudes and thoughts. Best way is to compromise at some levels while working with them. Although one person can not satisfy all the peoples at a time. I wish you all the best in future endeavors!!! I hope you will definitely do well!! Once again hearty congratulations!! |
