这样的审稿结论怎么办

投了一篇 AR（atmospheric research），投稿状态为：completed reject。编辑的邮件内容为： I have now received the comments from the reviewers. You will see that they are advising against publication of your work.Thus, I have to reject your manuscript in its present form.For your guidance, I append the reviewers' comments below. If you wish you can revise the manuscript taking seriously into account the comments of the reviewers. If you resubmit it I will probably send it to the same reviewer(s). 审稿意见文档中第一段意见：This research is of interest to atmospheric chemistry community, especially in China. This manuscript could be accepted after addressing the following comments...... 请问有经验的虫子，哥们应该按照审稿人的意见改了再投,？有希望不？还是改投其他杂志？ |
