如果对待not achieve priority for review for publication

投稿后回复： I regret to say that the manuscript did not achieve priority for review for publication. Space restrictions allow us to accept only a limited number of the papers submitted, and it is necessary to decline many contributions not because they lack merit, but primarily because they do not enjoy a sufficiently high priority. 是改投其它杂志还是修改后再投其它杂志？ [ Last edited by drnijin on 2012-2-1 at 22:49 ] |
