IEEE 投稿两个星期被拒

悲剧啊，报了很大希望投出去，结果不到两个星期就被拒了， 拒稿理由说的也不清楚，具体如下： We regret to advise you that the Reviewing Committee is unable to accept the subject paper for publication as a PES Transactions paper even with possible revisions. Enclosed please find the comments of the reviewers that should serve to explain the recommendation of the reviewing committee. I hope you will find the explanations satisfactory. Although we could not accept this paper, we hope that you will consider Transactions on Power Delivery for other papers in the future. We thank you for your continued interest in the Power Engineering Society. Comments to the author: We recommend this paper to be submitted to the IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid. 不想投它推荐的IEEE Transactions on Smart Gird，请问是否还有回旋的余地?如果要发邮件问下编辑该怎么说？ 各位大侠帮帮忙给点意见哈~ |
