copyright form, with NIH wording是什么意思？？？？ 已有1人参与
如题，投稿时已经递交了版权协议，现在文章接收了，编辑有这么一句话
Please note that there is a new copyright form, with NIH wording, which must be submitted. The form is available on the log in page at……
不知道NIH什么意思啊？在编辑所说的地方，只有原来提交过的PDF格式的版权协议，是原来提交的有问题要重新提交么？
而且审稿过程都已经结束了，我怎么提交？通过邮件发给编辑？
