[交流] For those who are left-over and are still searching for love

Do not find excuses for yourself
----For those who are left-over and are still searching for love.
Nowadays, more and more young people have become, or becoming, the so-called left-over men or left-over women, which means people who are over certain age but are still single. For woman this certain age is usually 28, while for man this age is usually regarded as 30. When young people get to this certain age, they realize that they are under lots of pressure from many aspects, including their family, their friends and colleagues, or even the whole society. Because of this pressure, they are eager to find their loved ones. If you go to a single’s party or some match-making activities, you may see those young guys and women are making every effort to get to know someone in hope to meet their special one. And their parents are working hard in a middle of a crowd of parents to find satisfying ones for their daughter or son. They are more and more anxious when their children’s getting older, especially those who have a daughter.
From mass media, we can see many match-making activities, like match-making parties and fast-dating. Some agencies and corporations are using this to make some money. Advertisements are bout match-making services are on the news papers. Match-making websites are booming in the city and if you turn on your TV, you can see those match-making TV programs, like If You Are The One, which are popular around our country. And they are beginning to draw attentions from overseas. The hosts of this TV show are now becoming house-hold names. What’s more, some young people begin to rent boy friends or girl friends when they go home during the spring festival vacation to please their parents or avoid the pressure from their family. Things are just going crazy.
There are so many single women and men out there in the cities, but how come they never find each other? When they are young, they have plenty opportunities to search for their love, but why after many years of searching they are still single and have ended up to become the so-called left-over women or men? The reasons behind that is vary for different people. Someone say they are busy, no time to make friends. Some people blame their so-many years of education. Those reasons are not new, as they have already been discussed by many so-called specialists. But I think those reasons are not complete. Are there anything beyond those reasons? Actually people are all busy in these days, and lots of people receive more and more educations. PhDs and Masters are everywhere in the cities. But not all of them become left-overs. In what follows, the author would like to tell the young people something more about the reasons behind the left-over phenomenon.
More often than not, you are single not because you are busy, or have no time to make friends. It’s because you don’t know what kind of people are really suitable for you. There are examples, which says some guy keep dating different ladies over and over again, but still has not found his perfect one. Some woman, who are well-educated, wealthy, and good-looking, can not find her Mr. right, after seeing so many guys. In such cases, all the previously mentioned reasons are only excuses. Under this circumstances, you need to think about the reason within yourself. Only by doing so, you can improve yourself and, hopefully, find the right track to success soon. Those excuses are only scapegoat, they are not helping you.

------To be continued ....If you are interested in this topic.

To be single is a state, but it is not accepted by the public in China. Furthermore, it is not convenient. And, the most important is that, in China, you can not have your own kid, which will make you lose much of the happiness of life.
So, try to get married.

Being single is both happy and sorrow! And which do you mind  depend on yourself! Remember that your life is for you ,not for the others to look.
