I spoke with the administration of my hospital, and transmitted your CV. You should receive shortly (by email) some files to complete. It is essential that all the application is completed, before a letter of acceptance can be issued by the director of the professional services of the hospital. The letter of reference requested will be part of the application. 我之前曾经发过一封陶瓷信，附了RESUME，她还要推荐信，不知道她所谓的完整的申请包括什么？我申请的是加拿大的Mc Gill大学，请有经验的同志帮忙解答！ |

今天收到医院秘书来信，如下，下一步我该如何做呢？ We have been advised by Dr. Marie-Christine Guiot of your interest to complete an observership at the Montreal Neurological Hospital. An observer is authorized to attend teaching conferences, patient rounds and observe procedures performed on patients. Observer status forbids any participation in patient care. A working knowledge of English or French is required. Before a request can be authorized, the following information must be submitted to us: · current curriculum vitae · length of stay (i.e. start and end dates) · source of funding during this period (a statement from the requestor that this stay is self-funded) · letter of recommendation from the University/Hospital of origin · immunization history (see attached document) (See attached file: immunization sheet eng.doc) Once these documents are submitted, the necessary approvals will be sought.
