采用溶胶-凝胶自燃法制备Ni0.35Zn0.65Fe2O4粉末,研究引燃温度对燃烧产物性能的影响。用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对粉末的物相和磁性能进行了表征。凝胶自燃后的粉体具有单一的尖晶石型NiZn铁氧体相,粉末颗粒尺寸约20nm,比饱和磁化强度随自燃温度的提高而提高,引燃温度为400℃比饱和磁化强度达70.2A•m2/kg,说明凝胶自燃法可直接制备出纳米铁氧体粉末。 Nickel-zinc ferrite Ni0.35Zn0.65Fe2O4 powers are synthesized by sol-gel auto-combustion synthesis. The effects of ignition temperature on ferrite products character were investigated. The structure and magnetic property are studied by means of XRD and VSM. The results show that spinel nickel-zinc ferrite powders can be successfully prepared in the conditions of ignition temperature 400℃, the powder particles size are approximately 20nm, the saturation magnetization is up to 70.2 A•m2/kg, Sol-gel auto-combustion method can prepare directly nickel-zinc ferrite powder with well magnetic property. 自己译的,部分还没对应,可能不是很专业。请虫虫看看提出意见 [ Last edited by wjh522996 on 2012-1-15 at 18:04 ] |
