请教Conditional Accept

投了一篇Internatinal Journal of Plasticity，经过修改后，接到编辑的来信，具体如下： I have finally received the reviews of your paper, and they are positive. Therefore, I am very pleased to provisionally accept it for the publication in the Journal. This acceptance is contingent only on addressing all concerns of various reviewers either in the revised manuscript, or in a separate file. Your revised manuscript will be sent again to the same reviewers for their final approval if any of them have requested to see the revised manuscript. Also, please check whether the paper conforms to the required format of the Journal (especially references), and a sample copy can be seen via the Journal's homepage. Kindly ensure that all of the figures are removed from the manuscript file (if you embedded them) and that the figures are uploaded as separate individual files, after the manuscript file. The figure captions should be placed at the end of the manuscript file, after the references. 一个审稿人提出： Reviewer #2: I still think, that the paper is only interest for the scientific community, the authors have appropriately responded to the referee's concerns. So, I suggest publication of this manuscript. 请问各位，这是否已经差不多接受？（在回答此审稿人问题以后）。 另，此审稿人问题如何回答比较合适？ |

谢谢各位。这是第一次修改后的意见，本来一共有三位审稿人，其他两位审稿人在我进行回复和修改后，评价不错，所以只有这一位审稿人的意见需要回复；此外，我不太明白“This acceptance is contingent only on addressing all concerns of various reviewers either in the revised manuscript, or in a separate file”。 这句话的意思是：在修改稿的论文中，对应于审稿人的意见进行标注吗？ 最后，感觉没有什么进行修改的地方了（根据这一次审稿人的意见）。在这种情况下，是否仅仅需要对审稿人的意见回复；以及，进行排版方面的修正？ 谢谢各位进一步指导。 |
