一篇国外SCI在Under Review了3个多月后,发信问了下,编辑的回复,大家帮我看看

Dear author - thank you for your enquiry. I have looked into this and it is the case that we have two reviewers who agreed to review your paper. One has completed the task and is generally happy with your paper and has provided the following comments: 1.The paper does not include previous techniques and their disadvantages or their outcomes 2.The results obtained have limited scope and validity and can be elaborated more. I'm afraid the other reviewer has not yet provided his review, despite some gentle e-mail reminders. I can find another reviewer, which i will do shortly if the last reminder does not bear fruit. I'm sorry about the delay, but you will appreciate we are tied by the responses we get in the peer review process. Meantime, you may wish to consider the to comments above and have a look towards a potential revision with these in mind.
