前一阵子有个美国的导师2012.01.07上午回信说,

have a postdoctoral position available at this time.
Let's plan to have a telephone interview next week. What is your time
difference to EST time zone?
今天早上电面了。感觉还可以。但是有个疑问，我问他什么时候可以给我offer或最终的决定，他没有正面回答。只是说，你先叫References 把 Letter of recommendation发给他。也不知道到底是要还是不要？
