| First, Most of Chinese buffalos are swamp type for more than 2,400,000 heads at present. Its milk has higher nutritional value than river buffalo milk and cow milk, such as, milk protein, fat, dry matter content. As the draft animals, the milk yield of swamp buffalo is lower. So it needs to be improved the draft wamp buffalos into the milch animals for much more milk yield. Therefore, The government increased and enhanced the fund of supporting buffalo milk industry. As the result, the processing technology of Chinese buffalo milk should be conquered and improved. The European buffalo milk industry has developed with advanced technological process in a long history, So we can learn the good processing technology and detection methods and use as a source of reference. |
