精密制造方向岗位及其相关要求
1、招聘岗位：研究员或副研究员（1-3人）
工作职责及研究方向：
在先进制造领域，具有独挡一面的工作能力，可以带领一支团队开展科研工作。具体方向包括：机械设计与制造、精密超精密加工、微机电系统及其制造技术、机电系统控制及自动化、工业机器人技术等。
职位要求：
海外知名高校博士毕业，有3-5年以上海外工作经验，有较高的学术成就、成果，或有丰富的工程经验。

Job responsibility and research directions:
The interviewer should be talented and experienced in the field of advanced manufacturing. Besides, he should have the ability to lead a research team.

Requirements:
The interviewer should received his PHD degree from famous university abroad, have 3-5 years working experience abroad, and outstanding research achievements or be experienced in engineering.
