刚刚按照编辑的要求把版权转让和word版的MS，和TIF格式的图片文件发走。因为前几天看到有虫子proof发出后，对方没收到而耽误事情的帖子。所以也挺担心的自己的会不会也出现类似问题，虽然我是fax过去的，然后又email请确认，但是不怕一万，只怕万一。辛辛苦苦出一篇文章，希望它能早点出版。 因此，查看了投稿系统(我的是elsevier系统)，果然发现有Track Paper这一项。 过程如下： 1：登陆后，看右侧的Author Information： Journal Information Guide for Authors Tutorial for Authors Artwork Guidelines Copyright information 2：点Copyright information 看左侧的For authors Journal authors home Why Publish with Elsevier Resource center Guide to publishing with Elsevier Authors' Rights Track your accepted article FAQ 3：点Track your accepted article 这时候让你选是通过email查询状态(Option 1: Track your paper with a profile)还是直接在网上查询(Option 2: Track your paper without a profile)。因为我投稿的email是老板的。所以就选择通过网上查询。 要求提供： reference number (accept的email里有)，还要提供通讯作者的Surename。 按要求提供后，可以看到： Track Paper Your paper's details and status are shown in the following table: paper status Article title *** Reference *** Journal title *** Corresponding author *** First author *** Received at Elsevier 25 Jan 2007 Journal publishing agreement sent to author 25 Jan 2007 Offprint form sent to author 25 Jan 2007 PDF offprint Yes Journal publishing agreement returned 26 Jan 2007 Status comment At this moment it is not yet possible to give you information about the publication date. This depends on the number of articles lined up for publication in the journal. Citation information will be shown when available. 上面可以看到“Journal publishing agreement returned“，说明fax已经收到了。这样就放心了。可以随时查看，稿件的状态。 我想其它在线投稿系统也可能有相似的功能。虫子们可以充分使用他们提供的功能，来减少不应有的损失。 [ Last edited by ylwang on 2007-1-31 at 10:24 ] |
