Evaluation of dominant disciplines, as an international trend to promote the academic disciplines for the development of university, have become the focus of many educators and researchers¡¯ attention. In this paper, from the empirical and literature research, by analyzing the actual situation in our country, a fuzzy mathematics method was used to establish suitable evaluation system for the advantage disciplinary research in Chinese university, and the weights for the index was assigned by using the Delphi experts evaluation method. On this basis, domestic B university was selected for empirical research to verify the school's development status of different categories of subjects, advantages and problems.
