一审修改后提交 编辑回信 内容看不明白

最近投 energy fuels 一审后大修，五个审稿人提了60多大小问题，文章改了并增加了的地方都用红色标记了，其他的就是删了一些内容别的没有做什么标记。12月21号提交的 修改稿。今天收到编辑回信！不知道具体意思是什么 ？难道是将红色标记的 文字改成黑色的和全文统一？然后提交了就接受了啊？期待详细解答。必有重赏 Before we can accept your paper and post it on "Just Accepted", we need you to remove any track changes, highlights, or font colors in your manuscript file.
