“You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough.”―Mae West Making things harder than they need to be is an easy trap to fall into. I can say this without a doubt because I have absolutely fallen into that “overcomplicating things” trap far too many times. However, oftentimes the best thing we can do, is keep things simple. Take something big that seems so complicated and break it down into easy to digest pieces. And, that is definitely the case when it comes to life. Can life be challenging? Of course. Will there always be things we need to learn? Probably. Are we going to make mistakes and learn along the way? Hopefully. But, when we step back and take a look at all of it, if we can just do 11 things, we will always be moving in the right direction. the only 11 things you need to know & do: 1. Love –> Spread It 2. Your Mind –> Discipline It 3. Confidence –> Build It 4. A Challenge –> Transcend It 5. Your Dream –> Go For It 6. Fear –> Overcome It 7. Exercise –> Just Do It 8. A Lesson –> Learn It 9. Success –> Enjoy It 10. Worrying –> Stop It 11. Today –> Live It |
