| Polyaluminium chloride is a kind of high efficient coagulant widely used at home and abroad. It is of less consumption, less sludge, high turbidity, small effects on water pH and so on. We reviewed the research progress of polyaluminium chloride preparation technology. to aviod the pollution problem caused by acid-leach residue¡¯s froming during the production, we used acid dip slag, aggregate chloride aluminum and the cationic polymer, with proper technology, to make an efficient composite polymer flocculation which has unique structures of a central metal ion and mineral crystal nuclear. Finally, we determined the optimum flocculation formula by flocculation coagulation experiments and the cost comparison. This formula can transform the pollution acid-leach residue into valuable production resource , meanwhile it reduce the flocculation production cost and increase enterprises' economic benefit. |
