经过差不多20天的等待，申请的EH 博后终于有消息了，在临近圣诞节之前英国一个大学的人事秘书通知进入候选名单，告知在接下来两周会通知我去面试。
同时，联系的国外老板提前一天发邮件告诉我，进入候选名单，要么飞过去面试，要么通过Skype面试（老板推荐）。
同时老板在信中提到，：If we make you an offer and you accept, you will need a work permit /Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) before you can come here. For that

以前听说去读硕士和博士需要英语成绩，这次做后也需要，所以有点发憷。
我现在的情况是，没有TOEFL成绩，根据信件不知道可否用中国的PETS5成绩？
另外，TOEFL成绩要多少才可以合格？
请 各位朋友帮我分析一下：
1.能够成行的几率有多大？
2.Skype 面试需要注意些什么？
3.英语成绩方面是否有更好的办法？（例如我向对方解释PETS5也是中国政府公派留学人员的必须经历的考试）。
4.公派的成绩，我总分只有55分，听力14，口语3，不知道对方认不认？
