Mechanics of Fluids 0415362067, Pages: 696 The eighth edition of this best-selling textbook, like its predecessors, presents the basic principles of the mechanics of fluids in a thorough and clear manner. The book contains material on this subject appropriate to an honors degree course in mechanical engineering. Particular emphasis is given to providing a sound physical understanding of fluid flow and its engineering applications. Relevant mathematical techniques are also covered.
