Reviewer #2:The paper, in my view, contains an interesting contribution, in the application of multibody dynamics in modeling and simulation of mechanical systems with roller element bearings with clearance. The paper should be of interest to the reader of the Mechanism and Machine Theory, especially those in the multibody systems community. The do recommend the publication of the paper in the journal. I however would like to point out the following.
