大伙看看这个学校Visiting Faculty 与Visiting Scholar中哪个是访问学者的概念？ 已有5人参与

Visiting Faculty – Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor and Lecturer Visiting Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors and Lecturers are normally from another academic institution and are at UBC while on sabbatical. These visitors’ appointments will normally be made at the rank that they hold in the home institutions or by an appropriate equivalent rank, preceded by the word “visiting”. Appointees must hold continuing appointments or have emeritus status at other universities or institutions to which they expect to return; visiting positions are normally held for a maximum of two years. Visiting Scholar Visiting Scholars are usually graduate students who require experience at another university prior to completion of their degree or other scholars who are coming to use our libraries and interact with our faculty for their own benefit. The students must currently be registered and in good standing at another recognized university, and coming to UBC for research purposes only. |
