electron-gas methods，electron-gas procedure in particular we found that if parameters representing the interactions of the lattice cation and oxide ions were obtained by empirical fitting while the potentials for the dopant-oxygen interactions were obtained by electron-gas methods, the results obtained show the same trend as the present calculations but the actual values differ considerably from experimental results. |
