急求！ 国际宇航联大会会议 转投其下Acta Astronautica 问题

参加过IAC2011后会议文章转投其下的Acta Astronautica，修改了格式并更新了部分内容后，说是英文太烂，被拒，请问大牛们这类情况是只要英文写的够好就直接收录？还是会继续像直接投该杂志那样，要经过多轮审稿？ Reviewers' comments: Dear Authors: Thanks for your interest and submission to the Acta Astronautica Journal.
