国际会议向SCI期刊推荐是忽悠人吗？？

最近看到三个会议，都是团体组织的，不知道靠谱吗？过来人解释听听吧 其中向SCI期刊推荐的语言表达如下： 1. After the evaluation by Scientific Committee, authors will be invited to present their works for publication in "Water Science and Technology". For that, they will be required to submit a 8-page full paper according to the IWA Publishing Guidelines. 2. Selected papers will be peer reviewed for publication in IWA's Publishing Journal "Water Science and Technology". Specifications for the formatting of papers are available on the IWAP website at http://www.iwaponline.com/wst/i2a.htm 3. Selected papers will also be considered for inclusion in special issues of the "Water Science and Technology", after the normal peer review process of the journals. |
