为了获得影响信号值的各个factor的最佳条件,我们需要采取合适的试验设计方案。文献中普遍使用A来确定试验条件,然而,影响测定信号值的各个factor之间存在一定的particular interaction。因此,仅采用A难以获得最佳的信号值和更为准确的测定结果。B和C是目前广泛使用的multi-factor test设计方法。前者的特点是均匀分散,整齐可比,但只适合水平数不多(小于5)的试验,在B基础上发展的C,是由D首创的试验设计方法。该方法只考虑试验点在试验范围内充分均匀分散而忽略整齐可比,更适合multi-level multi-factor test。当因素的水平数增加时,C的试验数按照level的增加量在增加,而B的试验数按照level的平方的比例在增加。

In order to obtain the best preconditions that affect each factor of the signal value, an appropriate trial design is essential to taken. According to previously published literature, “A” method was commonly used to determine the test conditions. However, some inevitable particular interaction exists between each factor that affect the measured signal value. Therefore, the best signal value and more accurate measurement results are difficult to obtain merely by using “A” method. In fact, B and C are widely used multi-factor test design methods. The former is characterized by dispersed and neat comparable, but it is limited in tests with lower levels (less than 5). The experimental design method C, which was originally created by D, was developed on the basis of the B. This method could only consider the test points ignoring the tidy fully dispersed comparable, it is thereby more suitable for multi-level multi-factor test. Besides, the number of tests by C method will increase in accordance with the, while the number of tests by B method will increase with the square of the level of factors.
