grad or undergrad r u gonna pursue? For grad, GRE general or subject may be required. Since u r chinese, tofel score is also essential. You may find some small schools in us where these scores are not required, but you are trading ur future with low quality education. For undergrad, it is hard to get scholarship and the tuition fee for international students is probably beyond your affordability.
