A resubmitted paper will be treated as a new submission and sent again for review. Enter the Author Centre and go to 'Manuscripts with Decisions'. Then click on 'Create a Resubmission next to the paper number and follow the instructions given. When submitting the further revised manuscript, please answer the points raised by the referees and explain the changes made 编辑让我回答审稿人的意见，并阐述修改，但是重提交系统中就没有地方写回复意见，把这个回复意见放在cover letter里，行不行啊？谢谢啊！ |
