[交流] My confusion

I am always believing that I am good at communicating with grls, not boys, but how about women? I didn't know until several days ago. I was in one department only more than a month, but I feel the boys there are friendly and I like to talk with them. However, I am in this department about 4 months, the women become more and more strange to me. Many times when I talk with them with smile, their expression are very cold, I feel very sorrow for this. I know that I am not an outgoing girl, now if I can talk with you in a friendly way, I will try my best or I just do my work and keep silent.

Thank you for your goood advice. If they are girls, maybe things would be such a difficult. I think it is right to talk about the reasons sometimes but not always.
