投了一篇文章到angew，10多天了，上主页上一看Manuscript(s) at the Publisher
下面是空的了，感觉应该是被编辑直接拒了，为啥拒稿信一直不发给我呢，发过来可以改投了。是不是可以写信要这个拒稿信
