The influence result of process on anti-oxidation enzyme system by tebuconazole on different time and concentration showed that for CAT, time factor has apparent effect on activity and it has apparent difference on different sampling time. The CAT activity in low concentration increased first and decreased later and kept decreasing in medium and high concentration. For SOD, concentration factor has apparent effect on activity and each experiment group has apparent difference with control group. But there is no apparent difference among different experimental groups except for between 0.5 mg/L and 1.0 mg/L while SOD activity of other experiment group is lower than of control group except for 3 hours of low concentration group. For GSH-PX, in this experiment, because the GSH-PX is low in body of Chironomus kiinensis larva, the GSH-PX in four-year-old larva body was not determined by buying kit.
