yes, that's really a problem more and more young peoples are feel lonly due to us spend most time in front of computer and do no activities with friends, when you find nothing interest on the internet then you will feel lonly! I have the similar experience!

Well, actually all of these are only temporary
Maybe it's just the transition phase
Things will be changed, to the positive one
But only with a positive attitude of you
So, you should do some little positive things at first
Writing a dairy, watching a movie, chatting with your families, reading a funny book...listening some light music...etc
Then the situation will change gradually
