帮忙翻译一段话，关于工资问题的

1.DAC餐厅员工周末加班工资的问题，以前在和Angela交接工作的时候她我说“餐厅员工加班都是一天50元”，但是餐厅经理于庆阳和我反应，他们的两个厨师工作量很大，他们平时的工资分别是115元/天和95元/天，但是现在加班一天给50有点少，容易影响厨师工作的积极性。 2餐厅这个月没有甲方投诉，是不是应该给厨房员工奖金，如果给，给多少钱？ 3在本溪员工在沈阳培训期间，上个月是给餐厅员工100元的奖金。这个月是不是还给餐厅员工奖金？如果给，给多少钱？ 4您的助理范鹤，现在属于什么部门，考勤应该有那个部门来管理，工资做到什么部门？ 工作汇报： 我进入公司已经半个月，这半个月来主要在办里大东餐饮分公司的劳动保险开户问题，和公司员工工资表的制作的学习。这个星期期主要忙的是和Angela工作交接和各部门考勤的整理。对于我现在的工作，虽然还有很多需要学习和适应的地方，但是我有信心能做的更好！ |
