4.2.4. Optimization
This procedure makes it possible to determine the combination of experimental factors that simultaneously optimizes several responses. The isoresponses obtained with Eqs. (8) and (9) are superimposed in the same graph (Fig. 9). Fig. 9 shows that the choice of coordinates for the factors to obtain a maximum yield implies a decrease in selectivity. A compromise must be found to choose the optimal area which has a practical and economic interest. Therefore, an optimal experimental domain (the striped oval) can be defined in which the best selectivity is observed from 6.5‰ to 7‰ with a satisfactory yield between 95% and 97%. The experimental conditions are determined: the cyclohexane content, x, is about
40% and the solution/solvent ratio, w, is about 30%.

4.2.4优化
这一过程给人们确定实验因素的组合带来可能性,同时也会优化几个反应。由方程8和方程9得到的结果在图9当中是叠加的。图9显示:选择实验因素的坐标来获得最大值就意味着选择性的降低。人们需要找到一个折中的方案以选择最佳区域,来获得实用的经济利益。因此,我们可以确定一个最佳的实验范围,在此范围内,最好的选择性是从6.5‰到7‰,同时可以得到一个令人满意的最大值区域:95%至97%。实验条件是确定的:环己烷含量x大约是40%,溶液溶剂之比w大约是30%。
