Through its Quality System, the Quality Assurance (QA) Department provides a standard for the operation of MAC activities. The basis of the standard is QS documentation. QS activities are conducted in accordance with Quality Operational Procedures (QOP's) and supporting level of documentation that are written in compliance with the QS Quality Manual. QOP activities are implemented as they are documented. The purpose of this procedure is to：
1.Identify documents defining the QS production processes，and products,
2.Assign responsibilities for establishing and maintaining QS documentation.
3.Provide electronic means for the storage, update, and retrieval of QS documentation.

通过它的质量体系，质量保障部门将为MAC活动提供一个统一标准，该标准是以质量体系文件为基础的。质量体系活动的开展与质量操作程序高度一致，并且文件的支持级别也符合QS质量手册。质量控制程序严格按照文件执行。该程序的目标如下：
1、识别文档将用来界定质量体系产品工艺过程和产品本身；
2、为建立和维护质量体系文件分配权责；
3、为质量体系文件提供方便的电子储存、更新和检索。
