Through its Quality System, the Quality Assurance (QA) Department provides a standard for the operation of MAC activities. The basis of the standard is QS documentation. QS activities are conducted in accordance with Quality Operational Procedures (QOP's) and supporting level of documentation that are written in compliance with the QS Quality Manual. QOP activities are implemented as they are documented. The purpose of this procedure is to： 1.Identify documents defining the QS production processes，and products, 2.Assign responsibilities for establishing and maintaining QS documentation. 3.Provide electronic means for the storage, update, and retrieval of QS documentation. |
