[求助] 平均场 居里温度计算的问题 已有1人参与

在一篇文章中看到 Furthermore, it is clear that the energy
difference 1EFM (40.1 meV) between AFM and FM states is very
large for configuration II (1, 3). The Curie temperature (TC ) can
be estimated with the classical Heisenberg model in mean-field
theory [23]
kBTC = 21EFM/3x (2)
where x is the concentration of doping atoms and kB is Boltzmann’s
constant. By Eq. (2), the Curie temperature (TC ) of Cu-doped CdS is
obtained. It is about TC = 400 K and higher than room temperature
in Cu-doped ZnO DMSs [24] and Cu-doped GaN [25] respectively.
These results illustrate that Cu-doped CdS is a more promising
spintronics material.
其中公式2是根据平均场理论算出的Tc为400多,其中k,Delta(EFM)=40.1meV已知,x为掺杂原子的浓度,可是x带2/36,或者按质量百分数算都是5000多了,不知道大家有无用过这个公式,或者这里作者处理的不对?
