Losses were mainly due to the presence of emulsions; it was found that resveratrol was not present in these emulsions. The binaries methanol/cyclohexane and ethanol/cyclohexane were not usable for the operation, since with methanol and ethanol, most of the alcohol passes into the aqueous phase. The mass of the aqueous phase increased, approximately, to the initial mass of alcohol. For other mixtures, the proportion of cyclohexane for the same binary greatly affected the yield and selectivity. Whatever the mixture used, the proportion x of 33% of cyclohexane gave the best yields, showing that a higher proportion of alcohol is needed to ensure a good transfer. However, the selectivity is reduced in the same proportion. The most interesting result involving satisfactory selectivity and yield, 6.4‰ and 93% respectively, was obtained for the mixture: cyclohexane/pentanol (67/33). For x = 33%, while resveratrol was transferred into the organic phase (yield 96%), the selectivity decreased (3.3‰). |

乳液的加入是导致损失的主要原因，而研究发现乳液中不存在白藜芦醇。在这个实验过程中，不能采用甲醇/环己烷和乙醇/环己烷等二元混合溶剂，因为这两种溶剂中的醇类具有水溶性。当醇溶入水后，水相质量会增加到酒精的初始质量。对于其他含有环己烷的混合体系，环己烷的含量对产品的产率和选择性有较大影响。无论与什么样的溶剂配伍使用，33%的环己烷时可以获得最大的产率，此时酒精的含量要尽可能高保以证较好的迁移性。然而，此时却牺牲了产物的选择性。该二元混合溶剂中戊醇和环己烷的最佳含量分别是67%和33%，酒精和整个混合溶剂的比例分别为时，可获得最佳的产率93%和最好的产物选择性6.4‰，而当x = 33%时，白藜芦醇可以迁移至有机相中，产率达到96%，选择性则下降至3‰。 外行，仅供参考！  |
