[交流] Every day is good day.

I forget from where I have read a sentence saying that, "Life is not fair, but life is good".I agree to this words.

Yesterday I was told by my supervisor that I should change my topic because I have been the sophomore of Ph.D candidate of the total four to five years, and yet I haven't made any pratical progress on my topic research, especially for that I haven't published any jounal papers. Therefore, my professor wanted me to turn to another idea figured out by him and my one-year-older labmate.

I have to declaim here that my labmate has published over two famous jounal papers in the second year, and he has won much prises for this. Due to his new idea and start earlier and choose a relatively easier way to find new practical applications on his idea. As to me, I was arraged to take responsibility to many expensive equipments during these two years and carry on experiments to find out the process parameters. I am feeling tired sometimes when I come out of the clean room after several hours. In the clean room, there is not good air vent, and many differnt chemicals have contaminated the room though there are three fume cupboards. Even though I have sacrifice so much until now, but not obtain the equal amout proportionally. Some will comfort me that my work will be well prepared and waiting for chance of appearance.

Well, after all, there is still some time for me to consider and plan for the new topic which will be far away from my previous work. You know, new ideas are not easy to form. What I need to do is try out from the beginning for my best.

I know I am hardworking enough, and this is admited by others including my supervior as well. However, I don't think myself clever or intelligent enough either to figure out new ideas or do my experiments effectively and effiently. I know my difference and gap between the other labmates and colleagues. I also gradually realise that I urgently need to form a discussion team and find the interdisciplinary point to get more and more new ideas for new results. I urgently need others help me out. Of course, I will help them to. This is cooperation or collaboration. Every team member should stand out to be outstanding, sharing with other team members what he think and what he have for the progress in that team. And we also ought to consult to someone more experienced and more expert in certain fields, even we might have some poor experience on that. This should significantly works. By helping you he would learn things, which may make himself proud and satisfactory. A team lack of thoughts is dangerous.

I am in personality is introverted, and not incline to talk too much in my life and it is not very easy to express myself before. I am gradually aware of that I have chance to improve my drawbacks. Yes, I have the confidence to change. Every one will do, don't you?
