论文首先分析了本课题研究的背景，分析了国内外现状，给出了本课题研究的主要内容和组织结构；其次分析了变电班组管理系统的开发基础，阐述了C/S和B/S结构模式、ASP开发技术和SQL Server 2005开发技术等，阐述系统采用.NET 开发平台,利用ASP语言，Dreamweaver开发工具和Microsoft SQL Server 2005数据库平台技术开发。同时进行了系统建设的可行性分析，对班组现状进行分析，给出了班组管理系统的功能系统，并对系统的主要业务功能进行了具体的描述，通过阐述系统建设的目标，给出系统的总体结构，进行了数据库设计；最后对班组管理系统系统的总体实现进行阐述，并且介绍了系统实现的部分界面及系统测试的过程。 该系统是一个班组管理系统，是一个以电力企业为背景，开发一个可用于一般单位或公司的班组管理系统，实现班组管理的高效化，电子化。通过使用本系统，可以方便快捷地实现班组管理中的班组记录管理、班组管理、人员管理等操作，是企业的班组管理井井有条，为企业的健康发展创造条件。 |

The background of the research topic was firstly investigated in this paper, including an analysis of the current situation throughout the world. Based on this investigation, the contents and the organization structure of this research have been built. By analyzing of the development principles of the team management system for the class of Electrical Engineer, the structural model of C/S and B/S, together with the development techniques of ASP and SQL 2005 were clarified in detail. This kind of clarification system was based on a platform of .NET and it was developed by using ASP team management system, Dreamweaver tools and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 data base technologies. At the same time, the possibilities of the creation for such system and the current conditions of the calss team were analyzed, through which the functional components of such system was established. The main business function of this system is also described in detail. Besides, the overall structure and the database of this system were further established by combing the system-building goals. At last, the general state of its function especially on the team management was exposed and some of the interface and test process is also introduced herein. This system developed herein, which is a specialized for team management, was based on the application of electrical enterprise. It is characterized as high effectively informative managements of work teams for common enterprises or companies. It is also very convenient to realize the operation of management records, team organization and personnel management, which will make the enterprise more organized and higher efficient in their everyday affairs. 挺劳神的，确实是有点长，还好我耐性好，希望有点用。  |
