[求助] 急求哪位高手翻译下吧 很简短的!!

该菌的生长及产酶情况随着温度的升高先升高后降低。在28℃菌体量达到最高,30℃酶产量最高。当温度大于36℃,菌体生长情况很差。这些结果说明产酶条件和细胞生长不一致性。一般来说,菌体量过大导致菌体生长过快,营养物质消耗快速而不利于产酶;而接种量过小会延长发酵周期,降低生产效率。实验表明,随着接种量的增大,菌株生物量和酶活开始均有不同程度的提高;但当接种量大于5%时,酶活会出项明显的降低,故采用5%接种量。

The quantity of enzyme production produced by this kind of fungus usually increases with the temperature first and then decreases. Commonly, the quantity of the fungus will arrive at its maximum value at the temperature of 28℃ while the production of enzyme gets to its maximum at about 30℃. However, when the temperature exceed 36℃, the growing conditions of the fungus will get worse. It was indicated that the preconditions for the enzyme production is not consistent with the growth state of fungus. Generally speaking, the excessive inoculation of fungus will directly cause the hypervelocity growth of the fungus, which won’t be conductive to produce the enzyme due to fast consuming of nutrients by growing fungus. Moreover, too small inoculation will also decrease the production efficiency for the enzyme by extending its fermentation period. It was also indicated from the experiments that both of the activity and strains of biomass of the fungus will be improved to some extent with the increase of inoculation. However, when the inoculation exceeds 5%, the activity of the fungus would decrease apparently, the 5% of inoculation thereby should be selected as the most proper parameters.
