the definition of a switching law with an averaged dwell time is stated incorrectly. As is, any (non-Zeno) switching law satisfies this definition (just take N_0 large enough). It is only after the definition that the authors state that they always take N_0=0. 这是我一篇稿子中的一句审稿意见，请教一下各位虫友，谢谢！  |
