ds2019表申请被拒，咋回事？？ 已有9人参与

邀请函早就拿到了，这个DS2019表办了1个多月，今天得到消息说ds2019表申请被拒，咋回事？？有过相似经历来说说。 现在写了信去问原因，不知道还能不能挽救！！！着急啊。 2011.11.29 今天得到消息，2019表被系里耽搁了，说是等待titile code。秘书的回复： “I am very sorry for the delays with your DS-2019, The Department has held up all visas due to title codes.
