求高人指点呀！！！博后申请 已有11人参与

小弟明年七月博士毕业，前几天开始海投找博后（基本投的美国），结果发了八十封左右，有很多不回，而且我发的还并不是都发牛人呀，回的大多都是说没有多余的钱来提供新的位置。是啥原因呀，是不是我CV的问题呀，肯请高人指点，如何才能提高命中率？（本人情况：化学专业，六篇一作SCI，IF>45.）然后大家帮我看看下面的信，这些老板又说没钱，但好像又要推荐信，我要不要发推荐信呢，是我自己将推荐信发给他们还是让我的推荐人发邮件呢！！对申请博后我完全不懂呀，大哥大姐们给点建议吧，人都疯了！ Dear xx, Thank you for your email and interest in our laboratory. At this point my funds are completely committed (to three postdocs who are currently in the lab), so no new openings are available.
