题目：Inorganic material coatings and their effect on cytotoxicity 摘要：Inorganic materials have become an increasingly researched topic due to their applications in many areas especially health care. One major problem with them is the effect that their surface coatings have on cells. The same coatings that are meant to increase biocompatibility can actually invoke cytotoxicity. This tutorial review focuses on the various types of coatings and how their properties, such as electrostatic charge and hydrophobicity, affect the observed toxicity. The theorized mechanisms by which the coatings induce toxicity are also presented. Finally, the prospects for the future of this field are discussed. 中文简介：纳米材料在生命医学领域的应用越来越广泛，尤其是纳米金和量子点，为了赋予其生物相容性，对其进行包覆是一种有效的方法。然而这层包覆层却仍然具有细胞毒性。本文综述了各种包覆方法（共价键、静电力和原子层沉积）及其对细胞毒性的影响，指出了包覆纳米材料导致细胞毒性的主要原因（静电电荷和疏水），介绍了导致细胞死亡的机理。希望对致力于纳米生物领域的朋友们有所帮助。   [ 来自科研家族 纳米技术 ][ Last edited by dut_ameng on 2011-11-25 at 13:16 ] |
