| 要获得高的剥离强度,除了薄膜与铜良好的界面作用外,还需要薄膜具有较高的内聚强度。A的低剥离强度产生的原因正是因为其较低的内聚强度。此处“内聚强度”与“拉伸强度”两个概念并不完全相同。因为,薄膜的拉伸强度是薄膜沿薄膜平面的破坏强度,而剥离时的内聚强度则主要是垂直于薄膜平面方向的破坏强度。通常的薄膜都存在分子链沿薄膜平面的较大程度的取向,因此,两个方向的强度不能等同,这也就是说,薄膜的拉伸强度大并不表示剥离时其内聚强度就大。而薄膜与铜箔界面附近存在的“弱边界层”会加剧薄膜在这一区域的内聚强度与本体拉伸强度的差别。因此,此处只能说明边界区域的内聚强度小而不能说其拉伸强度小。 |

To obtain high peel strength,there must be have the good interface effect between film and copper as well as the higher cohesive energy of the film. The reason why A have a low peel strength is the lower cohesive energy of A. In this case, "cohesive strength" and "tensile strength" are not exactly identical in concept. Because the tensile strength of film is the strength that film collapses along the film plane, and cohesive strength in the peel process is primaryy the strength that film collapses perpendicular to the film plane. The strength of the two directions are not identical because there exist the molecular chain which has greater degree of orientation along the film plane in the ordinary film, in other words, the high tensile strength of film doesn't mean the high cohesive in the peel process. Weak boundary layer in the vicinity of the interface between film and copper aggravate the difference between the cohesive strength and tensile strength of the film in this region. So, here we can only consider that boundary region has a lower cohesive rather than than lower tensile strength. 仅供参考。 |
