一般在某温度下用under，另外多用主动性动词。分号附近最好再加一个结构，否则会产生歧义，会认为and后的句子是和主句并列。

The grain size distribution under different temperatures shows that it occurs a bimodal distribution and abnormal grain growth phenomena under low temperature and it also demonstrates that grain grows fast and grain size distribution moves to large scale and to be balanced under high temperature.

翻译部分:
This article studies about influences on re-crystal grain growth and grain size under different temperature and observes corresponding grain distribution feature at different time.
