1 5 minutes take-off Procrastinators, the world-over, think that in order to act, they first need to be inspired, actually we first need to start acting, behavior. then we will affect our attitude. because very often, once we start, we are on the roll. just do it, in other words. 2 Reward yourself Can you imagine a business without a reward. 3 Go public Throw your knapsack over the wall, tell people what you are going to achieve. when you went public with it, in a sense it forced you to do it. 4 The team approach For example of maintaining an exercise regime is doing with other people, for most people, doing it with other people, actually helps. 5 Write down goals, plans Write down goals and divide in conquer, break down the achievement, make a list, they actually help most people. 6 Permission to recreate Give yourself permission to be human, Give yourself permission to procrastinate at times as while, Give yourself permission to recover, You are not a machine, we are not a machines,We need understand the constraint view of nature.Because if we don’t understand it, if we don’t respect nature,Nature is not going to respect us and we are going to pay a price in terms of our productivity, our creativity as well as our happiness—the ultimate currency. |
