With insight and development of medical and molecular biology, the scientists in the related fields in worldwide have discovered the happening and treatment performance of human diseases in different angles so they need to construct many kinds of disease model. Especially faced with tenser shortage in transplant organs, everyone is trying to research through genetic modification, gene knockout, and gene silence, etc. However, no matter the gene operations are GM, gene knockout, and gene silence or others, they are only processed on cell level so they confront same problem because they all need to clone and passage to increase population. Therefore, we suppose that inbred-strain pigs can exert corresponding effect on these fields. 仅供参考。 |
